Finding Abel Tasman Charters

Our boat, the Taranui, is a stable, spacious power cat. It's moored at Stephens Bay, a scenic 15 minute drive from Motueka, before you reach Kaiteriteri.

This means you get on the water earlier with more chance to see the area's wildlife and enjoy your day trip or charter in the Abel Tasman. Who wants to be in the car on a beautiful day?

Use the plus buttons on the map and zoom in to see where you're going - picture your journey. You can also use the map to wander up the Abel Tasman. For road names use either the hybrid or map button.

Follow the main road out of Motueka and through Riwaka. Then follow the signs to Kaiteriteri. Stephens Bay is signposted on the right. Follow Stephens Bay Road to the end where there's plenty of room to park.

If you get to the golden sands of Kaiteriteri you've gone too far.
