CANCELLATION POLICY

• If we cancel your cancel your pre-paid or deposit paid trip for any reason including mechanical problems or unsafe sea conditions, we will give you a full refund or rebook you for another day, if space is available, at no extra cost.
• If you cancel a pre-paid fare up to 16 hours before sailing we will refund your fare less 25% or change the booking to another day, if space is available, at no extra cost.
• If you cancel within 16 hours of departure a $75 per person cancellation fee applies. No show - no refund.
